The Troy Sale Barn Hall has a maximum occupancy of 300 people. We have decor items available for use with your rental that include white lights, grapevine balls, wine glasses, mason jars, glass votives, a wooden bar, a rustic dessert tower, silverware and antique place settings. Additionally we can provide 25 round tables, six 8 foot tables, 10 hightop cocktail tables, and 200 chairs for your events. The Barn also has a modern kitchen area complete with a household-size gas stove, a soda cooler, chest freezer, dishwasher, counter space, hand washing station, and a 3 bay sink. The newly renovated women's and men's restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations and are handicapped accessible. The large barn doors can be opened during warm weather events and the concrete floor has radiant heat for making cold weather events comfortable.
